Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Uncle Sam's Cellar LLC, doing business as Phorager ("Phorager," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, and shares information when you use the Phorager website and services (the "Service"). It applies to users in the United States, which is the only region the Service is intended for.

The Service is in an early-access ("alpha") stage, and our data practices may evolve as the Service does. When they change materially, we will update this policy as described below.

We aim to collect as little as we can. Today, that means:

• — Account and waitlist information — the email address you provide when you join our waitlist or create an account. That is the only personal detail we require.
• — Usage and activity data — information about how you interact with the Service, such as pages viewed, features used, searches run, and links clicked. We use this to operate and improve the Service and, as described below, to personalize it.
• — Device and log data — standard technical information your browser or device sends automatically, such as IP address, browser type, and timestamps, collected through our hosting and analytics providers.
• — Cookies and similar technologies — see the "Cookies and tracking" section below.

We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information, and we do not collect payment card details ourselves (see "Payments"). We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

We use the information we collect to:

• — Provide, operate, maintain, and secure the Service;
• — Create and manage your account and communicate with you about the Service, including alpha updates and support;
• — Understand how the Service is used so we can fix problems and improve it;
• — Personalize your experience and power recommendation features — for example, using your activity to surface cards, players, or listings we think are relevant to you; and
• — Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

We and our providers use cookies and similar technologies to run the Service, remember your preferences, understand usage through analytics, and support the affiliate relationships described below.

Affiliate cookies (eBay). We participate in the eBay Partner Network. When you click an eBay link on the Service, eBay or its partners may set cookies or similar identifiers on your device so that any resulting purchase can be attributed to us and we can earn a commission, at no extra cost to you. These cookies are set and controlled by eBay under its own policies, not ours.

Analytics. We use analytics tools (such as Google Analytics, with IP anonymization enabled) to understand aggregate usage. You can usually control cookies through your browser settings, and you can opt out of certain analytics using tools those providers offer. Blocking some cookies may affect how the Service works.

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in these limited ways:

• — Service providers — vendors that help us run the Service, such as hosting and infrastructure (e.g., Google/Firebase), analytics (e.g., Google Analytics), and, if we introduce paid features, payment processing (e.g., Stripe). They may process information only on our behalf.
• — Affiliate partners — as described above, clicking affiliate links (e.g., eBay) allows those partners to receive attribution information directly from your interaction with their sites.
• — Legal and safety — when we believe disclosure is required by law, or is necessary to protect the rights, safety, or property of Phorager, our users, or others.
• — Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

The Service is currently free. If we add paid features in the future, payments will be handled by a third-party processor such as Stripe. In that case, your payment card details would be provided directly to the processor and handled under its privacy policy; we would receive only limited information needed to confirm and manage your transaction, not your full card number.

We keep information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, and afterward only as long as reasonably necessary to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Because the Service is in alpha, we may also reset or delete data as part of development. You can ask us to delete your account and associated email at any time (see "Your choices").

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect the information we hold. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and — particularly during the alpha — we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please do not share anything through the Service that you would not want disclosed.

You can:

• — Access or update your account email, or ask us to delete your account and email, by contacting us;
• — Opt out of non-essential communications using the unsubscribe link or by contacting us; and
• — Control cookies through your browser and opt out of certain analytics as described above.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under U.S. state privacy laws — such as the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to request its deletion, and not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights. To make any of these requests, email us at unclesam@phorager.com and we will respond as required by applicable law. We do not sell personal information or use it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

The Service is intended for adults 18 and older and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

The Service links to third-party sites and marketplaces, including eBay. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites. When you leave the Service, we encourage you to read the privacy policy of any site you visit.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Effective date" above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated policy.
